With the following proposal, we offer the opportunity to initiate the development of a series of SDGC desalination plants, aimed at separating salts of various origins and producing distilled water suitably conditioned for subsequent purposes (not included in the offer). These plants, characterized by significant flexibility, will be able to receive multiple algorithms to manage the two fractions: distilled water and salt concentrates, preserving energy volumes and maintaining performance dynamics. They will significantly utilize renewable energy sources. The plants can be employed for the remediation of marine and brackish waters, as well as industrial processes for food, agronomic, or other purposes (chemical, mechanical industries, as well as the emerging hydrogen sector). The project plans to customize the plants to fit the size of the interested companies.

Objective: To initiate an assembly and testing site (procedures and manuals) for the production of SDGC tanks (of various sizes and functions, for the remediation of water bodies or production for food purposes).

The main purpose of this report is to present the patented Solar Desalination Geoassisted Continuous process, analyze it, and compare it with the state of the art, with the aim of evaluating its technical and economic competitiveness.

Over the years, the demand for freshwater continues to grow at a significantly faster rate than the capacity to utilize the available freshwater resources in nature.
It is therefore necessary to find methods to increase the availability of freshwater in a given area.
Although desalination is a complicated, energy-intensive, and especially costly process, it is the most advantageous method for producing freshwater. This is because saltwater is an inexhaustible resource available in most parts of the planet (93% of the water available in nature is salty).

CONTRACT FOR KNOW-HOW LICENSE on PATENT IT, No. 0001427137
Between: Vito Lavanga, with offices in Milan, Italy, referred to as the “Licensor” (on one side), and GSMF-WTeam (a company to be established as an Srls), represented by FS.ad.x, referred to as the “Licensee” (on the other side), acknowledging that this agreement will be ratified upon company formation, and further acknowledging that the Licensor possesses technical, commercial, and application know-how pertinent to patent IT, No. 0001427137, which is of interest to the Licensee, the parties agree and stipulate the following terms:

Article 1: The Licensor authorizes the Licensee to produce and sell the products made using the provided know-how and patent, whether communicated in writing, verbally, in person, or electronically.

Article 2: The license, non-exclusive for the Province of Milan, cannot be transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the Licensor. The actual annual compensation will be reflected in the financial statements (B.7, per art. 2425 of the Italian Civil Code, enabling Patent Box benefits with halved IRES/IRAP in Italy). Subject to further agreements, for balance sheet purposes (B I.3 per art. 2424 of the Italian Civil Code), the license is convertible into a transfer of rights with a doubled and guaranteed annual advance.
